Confirm VocTap is installed, enabled, and allowed on the site, then refresh the page.
- Open chrome://extensions and confirm VocTap is enabled.
- Pin VocTap from the Extensions menu.
- On YouTube, check the site permissions for the extension.
- Hard-refresh the tab (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R).
- If needed, remove and reinstall VocTap, then sign in again.
